Republic Polytechnic Awards SAP Support to Sierra Solutions

The SAP Support agreement involves the Functional, Technical and Basis support for RP's SAP systems which includes the latest SAP ECC6 Manufacturing, Retail and Healthcare solutions.  Regular health checks on the system will be made to ensure smooth operations.

RP will have access to the Sierra Customer Support Portal, which allows the creation and tracking of issues.  In addition, knowledge can be consolidated via the portal's built-in knowledgebase.  Thus empowering users will more information at their fingertips.

In addition, Sierra Solutions will execute a disaster recovery plan and provide standby support on request.
